Your right to withdraw

For the individual creation and subsequent digital supply of your film, we apply the withdrawal rules for services. In principle, you can withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after the contract is concluded. Statutory extensions apply if the withdrawal information is missing or incorrect. The right can end early on full performance as explained below; starting production alone is not sufficient.

How to withdraw

Tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw, for example by email or letter. Send your declaration to Steingraf Limited, Dafnis 4b, 5296 Paralimni, Cyprus; email: steingraf.ltd@gmail.com.

You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. An order number helps us identify your contract, but is not a condition for withdrawal. Sending your declaration before the period ends is sufficient to meet the deadline.

To withdraw online, use “Withdraw from a contract” via the direct link at the top of this page. Enter your name, contract details and email address. Review your details and select “Confirm withdrawal”. The downloadable acknowledgement contains your declaration and the date and time it was received.

Refunds after a valid withdrawal

After a valid withdrawal we refund payments received without undue delay, no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal. We use the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, with no refund fee. Any statutory proportionate payment for services remains payable.

If you expressly requested early performance and were properly informed about withdrawal and proportionate payment, withdrawing before full performance may require a proportionate payment for the service supplied up to withdrawal. It is based on its share of the agreed overall service and total price; an excessive total price is assessed against market value. AI or provider costs are not automatically deducted as a flat fee. No compensation for digital content supplied without a physical medium is payable after a valid withdrawal.

Starting production before the period ends

Your personal film can be produced directly after successful payment. Before the paid order is placed, we ask separately for your express consent; it is not preselected. You receive a contract confirmation including your declaration on a durable medium, such as email, before performance begins.

Under the service rule applied here, the withdrawal right ends only when Videomento has fully performed the agreed service and you have expressly agreed to the early start beforehand and acknowledged the loss on full performance. Personalisation, payment and starting production alone do not end it.

Different conditions apply to digital content supplied without a physical medium: loss when supply begins requires prior express consent, acknowledgement of that loss and the corresponding contract confirmation on a durable medium. We do not rely on that rule to end your right when internal production starts.

Withdrawal does not authorise publication of your photos or film. These instructions do not restrict mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence or your statutory rights if the film is defective or not delivered.
