The checkout explains the applicable withdrawal period, exceptions, procedure and model form before a paid order is placed.
Early performance
Where the target market requires it, paid production starts before a withdrawal period ends only after a separate, unticked declaration and durable confirmation of its consequences.
Individual films and subscriptions
The legal treatment of made-to-order films, digital content, subscriptions and credits depends on the market and the actual service. Consent to identity-based face or voice processing remains separate and can be withdrawn for future processing.
Separate processes
Withdrawal, cancellation, refund and correction of a defect are not treated as the same request. A private reveal is neither consent to public sharing nor an automatic waiver of consumer rights.
