Project and order enquiries

Include the reason for your message and, if available, the project or order identifier. Do not send additional sensitive media until support confirms a secure transfer route.

Report rights or privacy issues

Identify the affected person or file, the type of issue and whether an immediate restriction is needed. Reports involving children, intimate material, identity deception, voice or face use are prioritised.

Complaint and appeal

A moderation outcome should identify the relevant rule and available correction. Affected people can request a human second review; an appeal does not trigger an unchecked production job.

Choose the correct request

State whether your request concerns consent withdrawal, data deletion, contract withdrawal, cancellation, refund, a technical problem or a mismatch with the approved storyboard. These requests have different effects.
