Your order

Before ordering you see the story, fixed film length, deliverables, total price including displayed taxes and available payment methods. The order confirmed in Videomento is binding. A draft or price preview is not yet a paid order.

Your media

By ordering, you confirm that you may use the supplied photos for this film and have the necessary permissions from the people depicted or their legal representatives for the chosen portrayal. Your files remain your material. Videomento receives the limited permission needed to produce and deliver the film. Unlawful content, harmful content involving minors, non-consensual intimate material and covert identity cloning are not permitted.

Production and delivery

Production starts after confirmed payment and the required order declarations. Generative processes can cause limited visual variation. The agreed story, film length and delivery remain binding. The finished MP4 is provided privately in your account or through secure personal access. Publication by Videomento requires a separate choice.

Optional reference discount and publication

Selecting the separate optional reference-discount checkbox grants a 10% discount. By selecting it, you allow Videomento to automatically publish your finished film as a publicly accessible sample alongside the matching story on videomento.com and feature it on its own organic social channels. Accepting the general terms alone does not grant this permission. Without selecting it, you receive the same film at the regular price, without publication under this clause.

By selecting it, you confirm that the necessary permissions from the people identifiable in the film cover the public use described here. Where required, this includes permission from their legal representatives, particularly for minors. Permission to produce a private film alone does not cover public use. This permission covers only the finished film, not separate publication of your uploaded source files, paid advertising, email marketing or partner reuse.

You may withdraw publication consent at any time for future use through the reference-permission setting of your order or our privacy contact. Videomento will then stop further publication and public access under its control. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier use and cannot automatically retrieve copies already saved or shared by others. It concerns public use only: it does not cancel the film order or withdraw from the purchase contract. The discount already granted is not reclaimed and the agreed order price remains unchanged. Statutory rights relating to the purchase contract remain unaffected.

Withdrawal and defects

Your statutory withdrawal, consumer and defect rights remain unaffected. The withdrawal information and declarations made at checkout apply to your order. Starting production alone does not end withdrawal rights for the individual film service offered. Report an issue through our contact with your order number; correction, withdrawal, cancellation and refunds are handled according to the request.

Support and delivery time

Contact us with questions about your film. The delivery time confirmed for your order applies. Binding times are not inferred from a general example production.

Applicable law and consumer rights

The law of the Republic of Cyprus applies. Consumers retain the mandatory protections of the law of their country of habitual residence where that law would apply without a choice of law under Article 6 of the Rome I Regulation. Statutory consumer jurisdiction rights remain unaffected.

Order and payment methods

Your order is stored in Videomento checkout with the agreed service, total price, language and expressly accepted legal statements before you are directed to payment. Your contracting provider remains Videomento / Steingraf Limited. Offered payment methods are card through Stripe and PayPal, where available for the specific offer. Your consent belongs to the Videomento order regardless of the selected payment method. Production starts only after payment has been uniquely matched to that order and confirmed, required consent has been evidenced and the other production requirements have been met. PayPal payment links are reconciled using the order number and a transaction ID checked in the operator’s account. Receipt of money alone does not authorise production.

For bank transfers we manually match the incoming payment to your order. Once confirmed, approved production starts. The order-confirmation PDF contains the contract recorded at purchase; an invoice is a separate document.
