Terms of service
A paid order is created only through the checkout confirmation shown to the customer. A draft, planning preview or storyboard is not a binding offer.
Scope and price
Before ordering, the customer receives the film scope, format, resolution, revisions, delivery profile, total price including applicable tax and payment terms. Only the final price and tax snapshot confirmed in checkout is binding.
Customer media and rights
Customers may use only photos, clips, music, brands, faces and voices for which they have the required rights. Deception, secret identity cloning, unlawful content and non-consensual intimate material are prohibited.
Surprise films
A surprise for an adult may be prepared as a private reveal when the customer is authorised to use the media. Before the reveal, public sharing and identity-based face or voice synthesis of the recipient remain unavailable. Children require guardian authorisation.
Approval and production
Storyboard, rights, price and technical delivery data are approved separately. Production begins only after the applicable rights, moderation, provider, quality and payment checks are complete.
Output and sharing
The order states the permitted private, commercial or social use and any limits caused by music or third-party rights. Email delivery or social posting is never automatic. Customer uploads remain the customer’s material; Videomento receives only the limited permission needed to produce and deliver the agreed film.
Corrections, cancellation and refunds
Statutory consumer and defect rights remain unaffected. Production errors, cancellation, withdrawal, goodwill, refunds and chargebacks are handled as separate documented processes.
