Data and purposes

Depending on the feature used, Videmento processes account and contact data, project text, selected photos, video and audio, rights information, film versions, order and payment status, support messages, reviews, favourites and security logs.

Processing supports account access, project planning, film production, secure delivery, billing, support, fraud prevention and service improvement. The legal basis depends on the operation and may be contract, pre-contract steps, legal duty, legitimate interest or consent.

Hosting and private storage

The website and API run on Hostinger infrastructure and are delivered and protected through Cloudflare. Account and project data use the existing protected database. Customer uploads and finished films are stored privately and delivered only through verified account and permission paths.

Voice, AI and production providers

Only the text and media needed for the selected voice or production step are sent to the provider shown in that step. A normal audio recording is not automatically converted into a voice clone. Identity-based face or voice cloning requires separate, verifiable authorisation.

Surprises, children and remembrance

A private surprise film can be prepared without notifying the adult recipient in advance when the commissioning person is entitled to use the material. Public release, identity-based face animation or a voice clone requires a separate release. Recognisable children require the necessary guardian permission. A deceased person’s face or voice is not artificially imitated; a neutral licensed narrator may accompany a remembrance film.

Reviews, ideas and sharing

Public reviews and comments are moderated. A private customer idea does not become catalogue content merely because it was entered. Films are private by default; sharing occurs only when the account holder deliberately creates and uses a sharing link.

Retention and rights

Project and media data remain in the account until deletion or the agreed retention period ends. Deletion covers originals, derived media, previews and shares, except for legally required billing or security records. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent and may complain to a competent authority.
